Bitter marmalade oranges grow on evergreen trees in Seville, Spain. Small and thick skinned with a sour, fragrant juice they can be used for juicing as well as zesting and instead of limes in dressings and marinades.
A good source of vitamin C, dietary fibre and thiamine. Also contain potassium, phosphorous, vitamin A, calcium and some antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
