The butcher bones out the beef off the carcase and selects meaty, well-matured cuts to turn into an open-grained, well-textured steak mince. There is just enough fat running through it to give it taste and keep your dishes full of 100% pasture-fed beef flavour.

As such, cancellations made after the Monday 11:00 AM deadline that include meat items are non-refundable for the meat portion of the order.
