
Pork Mince
The secret ingredient for meatballs, mix equal amounts of pork mince and beef mince together with chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan and dried oregano. Add an egg to bind it. Mix with your hands, then roll into small bite sized balls. Leave to cool, then drop gently into a sweet tomato sauce to cook for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with tagliatelle and more grated parmesan.
