Also known as mustard spinach, this has a flavour described as a combination of mustard and cabbage with a hint of spinach! The leaves can be used at all stages of growth from baby leaf salad to larger mature leaves for soups, stir-frying or steaming (particularly enjoyed in Japan flavoured with sesame seed, soy sauce and a squeeze of citrus fruit).
