Description

Sorrel is part of the buckwheat family.  It was used by the Greeks and Romans to help digestion. Recently, it’s citrus flavour has been gaining popularity. It can be used in salads, stir-fries, marinades, soups and casserole.  It pairs well with fish, as wells cream, yoghurt and cheese.
