Molasses is extracted during the process of cane sugar production, in which all the beneficial nutrients of the sugar cane are concentrated into the molasses. This is a natural, unsulphered product and the consistency may vary.

Use for baking or as a daily addition to your diet. Molasses has a high iron content, is a good source of B vitamins and a natural source of folic acid, magnesium and calcium.
