This delicious spaghetti is produced in Sicily from organic durum wheat ground daily in a traditional factory, since 1911, with its own mill. Slowly dried at a low temperature to preserve the aroma and the nutritional characteristics of a homemade product. Classic for spaghetti bolognese, but always a favourite whatever the sauce.
