Bone and meat in one piece for an outstanding soup or braising long and slow.
These are 500g pieces of rib bone with layers of flank meat left attached to it, like a pork spare rib but much meatier. You get the benefit of cooking a piece of 100% pasture fed organic beef with fat and bone so you get all the best nutrients in your soup, your stew, or your braising recipe.
Roast them in a hot oven for about 15 mins then braise or add to sauteed mixed vegetables and spices of your choice. Cover with water and make a great beef soup. After an hour or two, remove the piece, shred the meat and fat off it and return the meat to the pan.
