A warm nutty flavour, with a creamy finish. Matures into more of a bite with greater depth as it ages. Dunlop is aged for 5-7 months. The whisky flavour is subtle and mixed with the creamy texture, leaves a pleasant lingering flavour of Scotland.
Connage Highland Dairy is a traditional family-owned, fully organic business situated on their farm at Ardersier. A family business in the true sense of the word, Connage is owned by brothers Callum and Cameron and their wives Jill and Eileen.
