Description

Made from freshly picked elderflowers grown at Belvoir and organic lemons, this cordial has the delicate scented taste of elderflower and is wonderfully refreshing. Dilute with still or sparkling water for delicious natural soft drinks with the hazy taste of summer. A few drops enliven a gin or vodka and tonic and make sensational spritzers with white wine. Versatile in cooking it makes wonderful sorbets and desserts made with rhubarb, apricots or gooseberries such as fools, mousses and pies.
