Delicious in a roll with salad, or as a stir fry with crunchy vegetables.
Supper in a minute, literally.
You’ll sometimes see it called minute steak for that very reason. Also useful sliced into thin strips for stir fries, and will take on a marinade of fulsome flavours like lime, sherry or ginger, before using in a stir fry with lots of fresh vegetables and tossing through cooked noodles.
